In the past, I’ve seen Dollar Tree locations carry cheap calenders, posters, and other basic teacher supplies for a couple dollars. WIth this in mind, I’ve been stopping at every ‘dollar’ place I can find in search of some things for my classroom — including this location in Paris. No luck with the calendar items. My classroom remains slightly empty. However, we did leave with a kitchen towel that had a rooster on it, a dishwashing brush, and a couple other little oddities for about $ 5 total. Sigh. Such is the danger of stepping into a place where things are available for cheap(and you forget to realize the true cost of the objects in front of you). This location is a nice Dollar Tree. Big, bright, spacious without feeling too cluttered, and overall, pretty organized. Some of the aisle locations didn’t make sense, but whatever, it’s Dollar Tree. And I have to say, out of all the ‘dollar’ stores I’ve been to in the Paris/Georgetown/Cynthiana area, this might be the best one.
