This store is not at all conveniently located for me; it’s about a twenty mile drive from my front door and I never have any other reason to go to Paris, KY.
Still, whenever I am eligible to purchase a Groupon, I’ll buy as many as possible and bring my family, too. Groupon notwithstanding, I’m pretty sure they still make a tidy profit off our visit each time.
Why such devotion? I LOVE their cole slaw! I know, right? Twenty miles for cole slaw! Not sure I can make that make perfect sense. I like the rest of their menu, but this affection for Jerrico brand cole slaw dates from my youth in the 1960’s and, no, I don’t believe it’s exactly the same recipe as 40 – 50 years ago, but it’s still pretty darn good.
So, five stars for the cole slaw, and three for location.

One of the last of Jerry’s around. My wife have been coming here for almost two years now and have never been disappointed.
It’s a great comfort food place that sticks to its roots. The J Boy burger is a classic and the weekend breakfast bar is the best deal around.
There is a reason this place stays busy!

We have eaten at Jerry’s several times. Basic home cooking –nothing fancy– but well done. Everything has been perfectly cooked: the fish and chicken are moist and tender. Service is prompt, cheerful, and efficient. The only problem is that it’s too busy at dinner.
