Lindsey has been the most helpful at finding us a good Inspector to go over a building we are looking at buying in Chrisman IL. This may sound like no big deal but let me give you a few of the details. I live in California, the building is a commercial property, and Lindsey is not our realtor. We had a inspector set up but when I told him that I would only be in the state for 2 day he said that he could not guarantee that the plumber or the electrician could show up those today and that he didn’t want the job. (I guess the job market is better in Chrisman than CA were that would not have been a problem)
Obvious this caused some concern on my part how to find a inspector. That is were Lindsey steeped in I called her out of the blue to see if she had any contact that could do the inspection. She was helpful on the Phone and has emailed sever times since our first conversation that should tell you the type of person and Realtor that she. If need a Realtor in Paris, Chrisman, or surrounding area (I’m for out of state) look no further.
