Lily Queen Chinese Restaurant

I did not know this place was still open. The food is not the worst in town and they are centrally located, but the choices are limited. They deliver so that’s a plus in thier fact but it would be just as good as something from the freezer section at a grocery store.

How can anyone rate this place above 1 star, if there was a lower score I would give it. I ordered delivery to a local hotel (out of town) and the person taking the order was extremely rude (kept saying «no credit cards, no credit cards») this should have been «my sign». Delivery person did not come to the room, instead went to the front desk and told them to call me «because I owed him money». Front desk called me and said he knew me and to come down. When there he said «Hey G! what’s up!) I asked who he was and he rudely responded from Lily Queen and I ordered food and owed him money. Okay, ‘second sign». I asked him why he did not bring the food to the room and he responded «I have been walking all day and I am tired». Judging from the size of him I wondered why he did not walk from OK because he certainly needed the exercise. In short, he scared the front desk women, I told him his actions were not funny as he thought they were and that he would not be allowed back on the premises (Hotel agreed). Food, beyond bad, after I had the nerve to taste considering the actions of the order taker and delivery person. Please Paris, nobody expects you to be the «food epecenter» of Texas but try a little bit harder please.

I can’t believe it has been 2.5 years since a review. This is really good Chinese food. I ordered from the menu, was the only person dining in early on a Thursday evening. The staff was nice, and the service good. I would recommend it. The building is not exciting but I don’t care. I took a take out menu and plan to try the take out soon. They claim to deliver also.
The fortune cookie read «your lucky number is 9». Right up there with the cookie that says «You can read English»,

love this place, best chinese food in paris. thats not saying much, but still. buffet looks nasty, so order from the kitchen, and ive never seen ANYONE eating in, the inside of the restaurant is kind of weird and looks like half of the dining room is being used as storage for the owners. but i love to go order take out and wait by the door next to the fish tanks. the owners are great!!!
