In a word, suctastic. We used to like them. They changed the guys on our route and this new guy is a complete douchebag. He always leaves the lids on the trash bins up. He either leaves the bins in the road or behind my truck. And they drop trash out of the truck in the road that I have to pick up. They are supposed to pick up a large item once a month and that’s yet to happen even though its been 4 months. When my husband said something to him about, the driver was very rude and started calling him names. When I call to complain about the Masengill Twin Pack they have assigged to our route I am told that they will take care of it but that hasn’t happened either.
