Action Snowplow & Lawn Care

I recently bough a townhome in old town Park City and while reviewing the finances of our HOA, noticed that we were paying $ 475 per month for snow removal. This seemed very high to me given the small amount of space being plowed… and considering the space being plowed has been cut almost in half since last year due to construction. I called Action to point out that they were literally only plowing half of the space of the previous years and they offered a $ 25 monthly discount. Still a little suspicious that we were being ripped off, I called Park City Landscaping who within 5 min quoted me a monthly rate of $ 225 for the same services!!! Action takes advantage of out-​of-​town owners and HOAs who aren’t going to question the finances or take the time to shop around. STRONGLY discourage using them.
