Big Splash Pool & Spa

Be warned. I used this company for almost a year and I recently parted ways with them. (It’s a bit curious that these other reviews are so glowing, when my experience has been quite the opposite.)
We had a leak in the tub and it took them almost a month to finally come to me and tell me the couldn’t deal with it and to call the manufacturer directly. So it became clear that «repair» is not their thing, and maintenance was what I could rely on them for. (I almost fired them then, but I decided to give them another chance.)
Since then, we’ve had a couple of the maintenance issues and, while the tub was down for parts to be ordered (by the manufacturer’s reps, not Big Splash), I was told by the Big Splash tech that he would stop visiting until we notified him that the tub was again functional. That seemed reasonable, and that is what we did. Then we received the monthly maintenance statement from Big Splash, which reflected full charges for the month of maintenance. (Clearly, the tech had not talked to billing about his not servicing our tub for that period.) When I asked Big Splash about the inaccurate billing, they suggested that I find another maintenance company. Nicely done, Big Splash. I’m thinking «commitment to our customer» is also not among your strengths, in addition to minor repair work.
I can only conclude that if your equipment works perfectly all of the time, they’re probably OK for that weekly maintenance. However, if there’s anything that goes wrong, they don’t communicate well amongst themselves and to the customer, and confusion ensues. I hope this helps!

I found Big Splash here on Unilocal before our move to Park city. Our new home came with a hot tub that we were really excited about, but we had no idea how to care for it. There is nothing worse than a nasty hot tub so getting someone to care for it properly was important.

Big Splash did an amazing job with my hot tub! It was in gross condition after the winter and with the spring cleaning deal our hot tub looks like new. The customer service is amazing and they are super fast and friendly! Definitely recommend them!
