Bose has great stuff. It’s less than retail pricing at the outlet. Excellant warranty service, especially on high wear items like earbuds and headphones. Friendly and honest advice. We’ve bought 5 earbuds/​headsets and two Soundlinks.

I have always enjoyed Bose headphones and whenever I need to add totally unnecessary audio products I will shop Bose.
When I purchased a new flat screen I found that the sound was too quiet, or I’m too old and going a little deaf or maybe a combination. So I added a Bose Home theater system and my enjoyment has been greatly improved. Blah Blah Blah.
Anyway, I have a new puppy, she’s cute, fluffy and on the surface you would not believe butter would melt in her mouth. WRONG. She ate or rather chewed up the remote for the Bose. AAAAARGH Bloody dog.
So I head to Bose in Park City with my credit card ready and my heart in my mouth. I show the manager my remote and ask him for a replacement. «I’ve got one in the back» says he.
Two minutes later he returns. My heart is pounding, this is going to hurt. «How much?» I inquire, trying to fit in with the rich crowd looking at $ 400 earbuds & $ 0000 speakers.
” No charge” says my new best friend. Impressive, customer service at the highest level. I am a customer for life.
