Colony White Pine Canyon

My dad recently purchased property in this exquisite Park City neighborhood so he took me there today to see what it’s all about. Now I’ve only been in Park City a few days so I haven’t explored too many neighborhoods, but I have a feeling this may be the spot to live.
The houses themselves are incredible and the guest houses are bigger than most people’s houses, but it’s really the view of the mountains and the surrounding aspens and pines trees that makes this neighborhood so special. Each house is ski in/​ski out, which I didn’t quite understand at first being the beginning skier that I am… I’m still working on getting off the chair lift these days! But apparently you can actually ski from your front door! How cool is that?
And when the snow melts and all the tourists go home there are plenty of hiking trails within the colony so you can enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. All they need now is my new favorite Park City boutique, Chloe Lane, right in the neighborhood and there’s no really no reason to leave home!
