My experience was great at this place. They went the extra mile to try and solve my problem even knowing that I wouldn’t be a returning customer because I live in another country. All three staff(none of them were the ones mentioned in the other reviews) were really helpful and attentive. I would go back anytime I had a problem if I lived in Park City.

I agree with Michelle. The manager is a crook. I went in on an insurance claim and he conned me into a new phone and plan. He said I was eligible for an upgrade but it wouldn’t extend my contract now I’m tied into this Edge program. I asked how would I terminate if I wanted to he said I would just return the phone to Verizon upon canceling. He also said the phone would be $ 20 a month instead i was being changed $ 30. When I called Verizon to cancel they said they do no such deal now I’m on the hook for over $ 500 if I want to leave Verizon. I also wanted to lower my data usage. He never did then I called back to complain the first time and again he did not lower my data. I have been told several times now that nothing can be done which is total BS. Overall this is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Go to any other store, avoid at all cost.

Nate is great — and more than just because it rhymes. I was really frustrated with the Samsung phone that I bought from this store a year ago — it was just poorly made. Nate went the extra mile to offer options that would make this situation right. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the phones on special and he worked hard to find the best fit. I appreciated his service, attention, knowledge and awesome speed in making the transaction complete. There really is no better service. The Diamond Wireless in SLC(Sugarhouse) is just terrible compared with the Park City store — and it all comes down to service, knowledge and integrity. Phones are such an important part of life these days and I won’t go anywhere else.

My experience was between a 1 to 2 star. The Manager of the store was really shady and kept trying to make up stories about my account and get me out of my unlimited package. At first, he said that once I get a new phone, my unlimited data(which was grandfathered in) was going to get taken out and replaced with the lowest data package. He tried to convince me that it was no big deal. Umm… why would I WANT to downgrade unlimited for the same price as a 4GB?!! Plus, the 20GB was beyond $ 80/month if I wanted to more data again. At that point, I told him I would forgo getting the new phone and may cancel my Verizon plan. Then he changed his story and said he «could» swap things around so I could keep my data… Shady! During the whole ordeal, he kept selling me different packages and I kept saying No, not interested because I didn’t need it. He didn’t take No very well. Nevertheless, I will not be going back there to upgrade nor buy another phone nor will the rest of my family.

These guys are the best! I went in to use an upgrade and finally get a smartphone-my mom had a broken phone, so we were gonna have them set up her number and everything on my old phone. Collin helped us out, and everything was completely seamless and couldn’t have gone better. The whole process was explained along the way and Collin made sure we had everything we needed. I went with a screen protector for my new phone, and he was thorough enough to apply it for me in the store… nice for me because I suck at those things! Collin and the whole staff are extremely courteous, nice, and efficient. This is a completely different story than corporate Verizon stores-they get you only what you asked for, don’t try to constantly up-sell you, and they’re super efficient. If you have Verizon and need anything done, forget about going to Salt Lake for it-go to Diamond Wireless. You’ll be be glad you did!
