The owner is nice and present to deal with. However I own a vacation rental and the home sells on reviews. I just got a 2 star based on the condition of the property. The main complaint was they did not leave soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Everything Seth told me that was included. Also, left trash in the garage and food in the frig. If you own the home I would consider them. If you own a rental I would think twice.
