Can I give this place another star? It is THAT good, I promise you. The staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is a fun vibe. Prior to my first bite I felt that it was a tiny bit overpriced, but I gave it a go anyhow. Let me tell you it is worth every single cent and I even went back for more! My best advice to anyone thinking of trying this place is that they get the full one not the ½ because you will want as much as you can get! Best food truck I have ever been to, ever!

$ 22.00 gets a lobster roll that will blow your mind rich buttery goodness. It seems expensive but it was well worth it. I will do it again soon.

After going to school on the east coast… it’s been hard coming home and not having quality lobster. When I saw this at park silly, I knew I had to try it. It. Was. Awesome. Delicious, fast, and I can tell how fresh the lobster is. As authentic as it gets! Amazing They are also very friendly, and the truck is clean!

I had my very first lobster yesterday at the Heber farmer’s market and it was epic. The bun was light and delicious. I could taste butter but it wasn’t overwhelming. Freshies, thank you so much for coming to Heber!

Being from the east coast, I can’t begin to explain how absolutely fantastic it is to have these guys here locally in Park City! All they do is lobster rolls and they do them right! The lobster is from Portland waters but is every bit as fresh and delicious as it’s Maine counterpart. They source their rolls from the east and they are authentic and delicious as well. We drive up the canyon to Park City every other weekend in the summer for Park Silly market and have to visit Freshies every time. The prices are a bit steep unfortunately, but then again lobster isn’t cheap and the lobster rolls are most decidedly worth every penny! If you happen to be in Park City on a Sunday, check this truck out and you’ll be happy you did!

I was staying in Park City for the weekend and went to the Sunday Silly Market specifically to try Freshie’s Lobster Co. Because they are a food truck apparently they are reasonably difficult to get. I had the«Real Mainah» lobster roll and fresh lemonade. The lobster roll was incredible and decadent. If you have the opportunity you should definitely stop by.

This is a food truck. They currently only attend the Park Silly market each Sunday. I am always a little nervous buying seafood this far from the ocean, but this lobster roll was amazing. I have never been to Maine, but have had a few lobster rolls in Boston and California. This is hands down the best lobster roll I’ve had. It doesn’t have a mayo base and that’s what I loved about it. Extremely fresh and light.

Incredible Lobster Rolls! Freshies Lobster Co. makes lobster rolls that can stand up against the best in Maine or Boston. The fact that this is a Park City based food truck is almost hard to believe! We drive up from Salt Lake City on Sundays just for our Freshies Lobster rolls at the market! Love the XL size and I always regret not ordering a couple to take home for dinner… they’re that good.

My first job in 1964 was at Simpsons Beach Sebago Lake ME. Larry(Laughin Lar) as my friends coined him boasted the best Lobster rolls and little neck fried clams in the whole Sebago area. I three summers I went from parking cars at the beach to hand breading and frying up those clams in the back fry room. Then a lobster roll in a grilled hot dog bun cost you $ 4.25. So a case in point on inflation(don’t get me started on gas prices) I just paid $ 18 for same lobster roll at Freshies in Park City UT. I have been eating live Maine lobster for 56 years and I will attest to the freshness, authenticity, and just the real deal that Freshies serves up. If you haven’t ever had one do it. If you have compare it to this because in my opinion and experience this is «da kind brudda»

At the very very end of the lane at Park Silly last Sunday I happened upon a food truck I had never seen before. One look told me we’d be very good friends. Freshies Lobster Co. Fresh Maine lobster rolls. Oh yes I kid you not a lobster truck. I was in heaven. Yeah it wasn’t cheap but come on now it’s lobster. Normally I’m opposed to spending $ 10 on half a sandwich but my sweet tea vodka lemonade was making me happy and carefree. So JeremyF and I share a half sandwich. The sandwich is a nice roll STUFFED full of lobster — and I mean big gorgeous chunks of lobster. Normally it comes with mayo and butter but I’m not a fan of mayo so we got it with just butter and it was divine. It also came with a side of chips that added just the right balance of salty crunch. I wish we had spend the $ 20 on the full sandwich. They had a few other options like a lobster roll with cheese, a lobster on fresh greens with a lemon vinaigrette, and some grilled cheese sandwiches but honestly the original is so darn good you should just stick with that. They have an online store that touts shore to door in 24 hours where they sell lobster, mussels, and clams. I sincerely hope we see their truck around more often even though Park Silly is over for the year.
