Keri is the absolute best agent we have ever worked with! My husband and I purchased a 2^nd property from her at BRR while living in another state. She went above and beyond from the moment that she showed us the property during the construction phase. She gave us her opinion on which unit to select, helped pick out all the finishings and upgrades, worked seamlessly with our lenders, the builders and HOA organization to make the 3 month process (while the condo was being built) stress free. She even went into the condo during the construction phase to manually measure each of the room’s sizes so we could plan for furniture. Even after our close, she was coordinating our final walk thru and helped in getting final items touched up with the BRR construction/​warranty team (who are also fabulous).
Her responsiveness via email/​phone/​text (she never let one question go unanswered), attention to detail, and great personality make her an amazing agent. Highly recommend!
