I wanted an item I saw in the store but went back to buy it but it was gone. I talked to them at least 4 times over a period of time and finally someone at the store assured me that the item was ordered and I would have it before a certain date. Prior to that date I called and went in to the store to follow up but to no avail. I was promised that someone would call me back many times but no one ever did. I have totally been blown off. Clearly they don’t care about my business.
Very frustrating!
