They got me in at the last minute for a bikini wax and a pedicure. Kaila was excellent and had a very gentle touch. Having to walk all through the hotel to find it is a bit weird, but it was relaxing and clean, and not pretentious. My only complaint is that my nail polish didn’t dry and when I put shoes on two hours later, my nails got completely ruined. Certainly more expensive than I pay in SLC, but it is Park City.

I highly recommend not getting any kind of facial that includes a peel. I got the glow facial, which includes a mini«hydrating peel». I left out of there with a swollen and oozing face. I was in physical pain and it ruined our last day in Park City. I didn’t want to leave the room. I have sensitive, reactive skin, so i didn’t overreact while I was there — thought it might just need to settle down — but the next day it was very clear. My face had chemical burns… this was not a normal reaction to a peel. I have had medical grade peels before and this was nothing like that. My face is 70 percent scabbed over two days later. there’s no «peeling»…it’s just a scab like you’d get when you skin your knee. Pretty angry at myself for not knowing better. Also was turned off that the service was $ 165($ 198 once they tagged on gratuity) but the pamphlet in my suite listed the service as $ 140. Worst $ 200 experience ever.

The spa is lovely and the facilities are quite nice. I would give it 5 stars but I paid for a 50 minutes massage with a 15 minute add on and when I was getting dressed I realized that the entirety of he massage was less than 50 minutes. I should have said something at the time but I didn’t really want to get into it when I was feeling pretty relaxed. So that was disappointing. My husband did the same services today and received the full 65 minutes so it must have been that particular staff member.

I have been going to the Serenity Spa for several years, as we frequent Park City and The Canyons. Every time, it has been excellent. But this experience was beyond my expectations.(Note: I have VERY high expectations most of the time.) I opted for an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Makenzie, with a face mask add on. This experience was exceptional. Makenzie is one of the best massage therapists I have ever experienced. She knew all of the pressure points and techniques. It was perfection! I highly recommend her. Additionally, the spa is clean, friendly, and stocked with all of the amenities.

My husband and I received a couples massage with Hot and cold stones on our legs. Both massage therapists were wonderful. The place was clean and relaxing. I would go back any time.

Considering its location right on the Canyons resort area, this spa is amazingly affordable yet is staffed by friendly(albeit sometimes frazzled) staff members. Spacious rooms and a comfortable lounge area were decorated simply but efficiently. My massage therapist had strong hands and did a wonderful job getting the kinks out of my neck and lower back. She could have applied more pressure, but I still left feeling pretty good(esp. after two whole days of skiing). I intend to look up this spa again the next time I ski at The Canyons Resort.
