THANK YOU SO MUCH. After a somewhat horrific experience using gear from another rental store, I was a little unsure of what this would be like, but it was an incredible experience! Joe helped fit me properly and Mike chose skis that would actually fit me. Joe was gracious and informative when I was pestering him with questions about the gear, and I felt totally comfortable skiing on the skis I rented. The boots didn’t make my feet want to cry, either! Super happy with the entire experience. Thanks, Ski Butlers! You guys are the BEST.

These guys were fabulous to deal with in Deer Valley last week. The technician who delivered the skis was knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll use them anytime.

Great service, friendly people, and super easy to use.
We tried this service and our gear arrived exactly on time. They brought several pairs of boots, but for both of us, the first pair we tried were a perfect fit!
I absolutely loved my skis, but it was awesome knowing that if I wanted to change them out, it was just a phone call away. My stepmom changed hers between day 1 and 2 and her new skis were awaiting her in the lobby of our hotel in the morning (for free)!
Also, when you’re ready to return them, they come and pick them up.
Great service overall!!! I would definitely use them again.

I can’t imagine why anyone would do anything but use Ski Butlers while in Park City Utah to snowboard and ski. The equipment worked our perfectly. The delivery was easy, the delivery person was very accommodating. Skied for three days, no problems. Pick up from our B&B was just as easy. Do yourself a favor, don’t hassle trying to get equipment at resorts or even dragging your own equipment everywhere — — this makes the trip hassle free!

I had an outstanding experience with Ski Butlers. I was headed out for a quick ski weekend during Sundance and didn’t want to haul my own gear. The service was excellent, the equipment was in great condition and I even got some solid advice on where to ski to take advantage of the powder day. I was also really impressed at how involved they are in climate change initiatives on the website — good to do business with good people.

Ski Butlers made our lives easier. The extra cost over regular equipment rentals is worth it. They are professional, efficient and focused on customer service. This is the second year we used them (the first year was in Steamboat). They kept our information from last year so it was easy to update the order. We will use Ski Butlers again for next year’s trip.

Service was great. Boots were comfortable. The entire process was very easy. They were also very accommodating as I had to change the fitting times as my schedule changed. I got the performance baggage and thought the skis handled well on beginner and intermediate terrain. At the end of the trip I just left the equipment at the locker at the hotel and Ski Butlers picked everything up. I would definitely use them again.

Horrible service, booked skis for my family today, they were late, arrogant, and nothing fit. Would never use them again.

We have used Ski Butlers in Park City 2 years in a row. They are very flexible with drop off and pickup times and the staff is super friendly. My son wanted to switch from a snowboard to skis and I wanted to switch out my boots and they were at my hotel within 30 minutes. After our trip was done, I had some questions on the charge to my credit card. They emailed me back in less then a day and quickly corrected the situation. They might be a little bit more then renting from the ski shop at Canyons but the convenience and the service is worth every penny. The only way I would stop using them is if I finally get around to buying skis.

We have now used Ski Butlers in both Jackson and Park City. Service and gear were flawless each time! Way to keep it simple!

Ski Butlers is an excellent way to rent ski equipment. I’ve used them multiple times over the years and can’t say enough about them. All of their staff (from the person that makes your reservation to the person that brings your equipment and sets them up are pleasant, knowledgable, and ready to please. One time I didn’t like the skis are rented. I called them and 30 minutes later they met me on the mountain with a different pair of skis that made all the difference. Outstanding service.

If you’re looking for convenience, I would highly recommend this service! They went to my hotel room to drop everything off and made sure everything fit great before they left. They told me they could always meet me on the slopes if I needed to switch out the boots etc. Also purchased socks and goggles from them. Had a change of location for pickup, and they said no problem, and picked them up for me at new location. Will definitely use this service again.

Ski Butlers is the only way to rent ski gear. They have the latest and best gear, friendly staff, and not having to go to a ski shop and wait in line for crummy gear made our ski trip even more enjoyable. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else.

This is my 2^nd time using Ski Butlers. First time was in Vail where they went out of their way to answer our technical questions and swap out our gear over 4 days. This time used the Park City team to outfit my teenagers. I was most concerned about boot fit since both of my kids have wide feet. They read my request and made sure the boots fit well — which can be hard to tell with teenagers. Also, needed to swap my son out for shorter skis and they met us right at Silver Lake on time so he wouldn’t be late for his lesson. Their performance ski prices are comparable to the local rental shops and you get to skip the lines, wait, and chaos. Highly recommend.

We found Ski Butler on Unilocal and went with it. I can’t say enough about the great experience we had. They met us at our hotel room and fitted us perfectly. They were insistent our boots were right for us! When we were dine skiing we made one phone call and they met us at a parking ramp near the slopes to pick up our equipment. A great group of guys to work with. A perfect way to rent really good equipment!

Ski butlers provided skis for our entire family. They arrived on time, and finished quickly, so we could get out and ski. I wish that we had this option years ago, when our kids were little. They have excellent service and a great attitude!

We flew into Utah from NYC for a long weekend of skiing, and didn’t think it made sense to bring our own skis, plus we were interested in testing out some demo skis. Ski Butlers made it so INCREDIBLY EASY!
We had to change our reservation the day before we got there — no problem.
One of the Ski Butlers came right to our hotel at our pre-​scheduled time to fit the bindings to our boots. Everything was as advertised. Only problem was that my wife needed a longer ski than they delivered to our room — no problem… they swapped them out within 30 minutes without any hassle whatsoever.
At the end of our weekend, all we had to do was leave the skis at our hotel and Ski Butlers would pick them up.
All of this service was included in the price of the rentals.
Lastly, the quality of the skis we got was exceptional. We ordered one of the higher end rentals so we could get the demos we mentioned earlier, and we were thrilled that the skis themselves were in such great shape.
We will use Ski Butlers whenever possible in the future.
