We are sitting here at 6:15pm and it looks like they are closed. It is raining hard and hailing in between. There are a few other cars. No lights on. There is severe weather, so I wonder if they all went home early tonight. Yeah, we’re idiots for being out here. However, today is .50 corn dogs all day. It wasn’t raining when we headed this way. Then, the storm blew in. I guess we’ll come on another day.

Service is sooooo slow here. If there are more than two cars there, it is highly likely that you will push the button and have to wait for several minutes for someone to even take your order. It will then most likely take another 5 – 10 minutes to get something as simple as a drink order delivered. I think the problem is they no longer have someone that does only the order taking. Now they have one employee take the orders and deliver them as well. Heck sometimes I’ve wondered if they have only one person taking the orders, making the orders, and delivering them.
On several occasions I have gone to this particular location between 6:00am and 6:15am to get a drink and they were still closed when they are supposed to open at 6:00am. I don’t know if they are under-​staffed or if it’s just bad management, but this store could use some improvement.

Always love them with the carhop service with good food. Not as fast as fast food drive thu but not the slowest.
