Staples in Park City is awesome! We needed to print up some programs for a funeral and Brienne went above and beyond anything I would expect from a big box store. She really made a difficult time for our family a little easier. Thank You.

I’m generally not a huge fan of Staples, but the employees at the print center are super helpful, patient and kind. Two thumbs up!

Ok. most Staples rank like a 1 to me in terms of customer service but I am seriously shocked by how great the sales person was in the copy/​print desk here. I had to come back to Staples twice in one day and spent at least 2 hours combing over print samples to get them right and when they were she made sure they were exactly the way they were supposed to look. She was super patient even though she was super busy with other customers.
I appreciate my lady (whom I will have to edit this draft with her actual name) who spotted an error on my receipt made by another teller! Saved me over $ 50, when she could have just not said anything. Printing here isn’t cheap, if you are only doing black & whites or greyscale than it actually it. .10/.11 cents as opposed to the .13 I was quoted at another store. Printing laserjet color on 28lb stock paper costs .59/​cent and .50cents on 20lb stock paper. She enrolled me in their Business Discount Program, level Blue so I saved even more!

I’m not one to give a 5 star rating to a national chain store but this Staples location DESERVES it! This place is never crowded and the customer service is, without exception, off the charts. Really, it’s top notch! Imagine a business that remembers the golden rule of the service industry: «the customer is always right.»
I had an interaction with the manager recently that honestly blew me away. I was in tears over a printer that quit working and although the return window had long passed, he was SUPER kind and helpful and worked to resolve my problem. I can’t sing the praises of this Staples enough. These guys ROCK!
If you need any office supplies in Park City, go to Staples. The prices aren’t the cheapest around but the customer service is unbeatable. The employees here have made me a customer for life.

This is a qualified 4 star. I went online and reserved a cooling fan. The process sent me an email that I could pick it up later in the day. I arrived and they had no clue how the process worked. They did end up finding the item I wanted on the shelf, but if they only had one, I would have been out of luck if somebody bought it. The next day I received a notice that I had to pick it up that day, or it would be restocked, so they didn’t clear out the request either.
All that said, there was no store along the entire Wasatch Front that carried the PC components they do. So, they get four stars for that.

Super quick note to say «Thanks». My son needed to print off some homework, the library was closed and as a last resort we went to Staples. The GM was kind enough to help us out, it was Superbowl Sunday and «above the call of duty». Thanks again and you have customers for life.
