As much as I go here the one lady that works there knows me by name and I have no problems here, except the one older white gentleman who works there always has an attitude. I witnessed him tell a young boy who was about 10 cents off to get out the store and called them a thief. I ended up paying for their stuff after arguing with the guy who wouldn’t let me, at first, pay for their stuff. But other than that 1 guy who works there I try to go there when he doesn’t work like late evenings

I visit the CVS in Park Forest, IL fairly frequently on Sunday afternoons. Sunday is a big shopping day for this store with lots of people shopping(everyone seems to read the CVS ads!); unfortunately because it’s a Sunday they seem to be understaffed as a result; at times they need more people at check-out. This would probably make the staff’s tasks a whole lot easier. The comment about trying to find items advertised in newspaper ad inserts is generally true about CVS. I work in Chicago, look at several CVS stores for sale items and oftentimes cannot find them. I like CVS, but find that if sale items are placed in Walgreen ads they can be found at all stores.

I stopped here to buy an item that was in the Sunday ad, and it was only 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon. They were completely out, and the staff was too preoccupied to even notice the customer’s. I’m getting less and less happy with CVS, they issue coupons and only give you 48 hours or less to get their ‘Free’ items, which no CVS has on the shelf. It takes me visiting two diffenent stores to get anything. and that is very unacceptable to me.
