This is what everyone who has a cell phone, tablet, laptop, PC, and Mac needs; knowledgable, friendly and accommodating computer guys who aren’t condescending and arrogant like those «big box» guys. And best of all, no price gauging! I brought in my MacBook to clean it up and trouble shoot how slow it was working. They did all that and set me up with some software and suggestions to trouble shoot it in the future on my own. They also offer phone support. I cant say enough about what a pleasure it was to have computer problems and know that I have these guys to turn to.

OMG — OMG — these guys saved my life !!! OK, so I am idiot and I broke my flash drive — which had my entire life on it — all of the excel files for my business. I called Dimitri at Alpha One and begged them for help — Dimitri was so nice and asked me to send him the picture of the broken drive — so I texted it over. He told me to come to their office — I raced over — after about 30 seconds — he told me the magic words — I think I can fix this — MUSIC TO MY EARS !!! Dimitri took out something that looked liked a blow dryer — which was a soldering machine — and in about 5 minutes he showed me the drive — I was saying to myself — this guy is crazy — there is no way this is going to work !!! Presto, Magic — we put it in the computer and it worked — Dimitri is a genius when it comes to technology stuff — I dont know anything — except always have a backup and when you need help call Dimitri at Alpha One !!! Thanks you save my life !!!
