B & M Market

Stopped by today to get some steak and chicken for a Saturday nite dinner with friends. Place was packed, staff was awesome, and the food I picked up was fantastic. If you want to get the good stuff, this is your place.

I’ve been to B&M market two different times already and my visits just get better each time lol. The Kolby’s told me about this place and how they use to always go there for meats, different entrées, and hors d’oeuvres. Since becoming of age it’s difficult for them to get out so as their live-​in Aid, I offer to go whenever they have a taste for B&M. First off, I want to just say when you walk into B&M there is something welcoming as you enter (even on their busiest days). The place has a crisp-​warm feeling that is Indescribable. I just love going there, even if it’s to just take a peek of all the wonderful prepared meals/​meats that are displayed in the counter windows for the day. Everyone is super friendly/​kind and I just really love this place of establishment along with everyone inside. When I think of B&M the first thing that come to mind is «QUALITY». I really wish them all the best and success, for years to come.
*******Things you must try********
–German Potato salad (I think they call it French potato salad). This is an easy 4.9 out of 5, this thing is so delicious and made perfectly ugh! (Hint of sweet, hint of vinegar, potatoes, bacon, minced sweet peppers/​celery/​onions (not a 100% sure about the onions but I think they are mixed in their, idk)
— Sliced flank steak with roasted potatoes!!! this is 10 stars out of 5 lol. OMGG, This was like heaven in my mouth. The steak was make to perfection (Med.Rare) and sliced in perfect portions. The potatoes were colorful and very rustic (ugh! So good). Then to my surprise, under the steak there was a puddle of some type of beautiful flavored homemade sauce (it had to be homemade, never tasted anything like it before) that was super lite and went perfect with the steak and potatoes.
— Seafood Salad (the one without the pasta). I’ve had many seafood salads and the one served at B&M is by far the best! The sauce is light yet super flavorful. Seafoods included in the salad are squid, lobster, shrimp, scallops, and of course minced veggies and herbs. This is a easy 5star out of 5

I just discovered this place. The food is delicious!
He has new items everyday. His corn and bean salad is yummy. He also has a fantastic chicken and pasta.
We get the burgers and they are the best around. The food is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Would highly rec.

Excellent selection of meats. I brought home a thick steak for grilling. The owner carefully wrote down cooking instructions and it came out perfectly. I also picked up some sides that were fantastic. I was hosting the weekend by myself (wife was away) so it was great to be able to pick up food that appeared to be homemade but yet I didnt have to spend hours prepping while my guests were there. i really appreciate the personal service and fine selection of meats and sides at B&M. Will definitely be going back soon.

Dont go for lunch really expensive ! I think the girl just charged me 2 dollars to cut a piece of chicken for my salad plus whould have rather at my 20 dollars for my lunch never go again

Many awesome hot and ready to eat options. The tuna sashimi is one of a kind and a must try. The crab cake is the best around. Great service. One of a kind place! Located directly across the Ridgemont Shopping center (A and P, Staples, Subway) on KKMack rd. two types of huge burger parties. One has bacon already in the meat! Local staple/​institution since I’ve been a kid. Items sell out so go as early as possible. Still have not tried a better crab cake and tuna sashimi… American style.

The best butcher in the area. I passed by this place so many times and finnaly started going when a friend of mine introduced me to the world of meat! The staff is friendly and there marinades are amazing. They also have nice appetizers, and during the holidays often have specials on different meat, or packages including sides and what not

I’ve been through a lot of butchers over the years as many of the ones I frequented moved, closed down, or something else happened. The staff goes well out of their way to help you with whatever it is that you might need. Steaks are always outstanding, a nice assortment of chicken and pork. They also have a hell of a marinade for the chicken if you’re looking for one.
They also take orders for catering and have really nice ready to heat items. Quesadilla’s, appetizers, all sorts of things. Their sausage is also out of this world.
On a side note they are nice place to go to during the holiday’s for help with your meals. They do an outstanding job of taking care of things!
