When I look for for technical help with a project there are two things that I’m looking for 1) can the firm do what I need & 2) how responsive are they. I working with Immortal Design on one of my project and they met both of our qualifications. I also valued their honesty and professionalism. We were building a pretty complex application that had several working pieces. There were points in time where the individual I worked with from Immortal Design said «hey, I’m not sure how we accomplish this particular part, but let me go out and find some resources that may be able to get us where we need to go». I worked with Sarah directly who took time to truly understand our business requirements, made suggestions, and attended various meetings with other project stakeholders. Overall, I had a great experience and would work with them in the future.
