Arlene Zingsheim of Keller Williams did a marvelous job of helping us sell the house that I inherited in Chicago. Since I live in California, I had to work with an agent who was comfortable with a remote client and could help out with the little details that would have been easy if I was in town, but difficult to accomplish from California, like fixing a broken window and working with a flooring contractor to check out the hardwood floors under the carpet. Her pricing advice was spot on, and she followed the deal all the way through closing. I strongly recommend her.

My husband and I made an appointment to see a home with another agent. After that agent proved to be completely simple, not at all concerned with our schedule, and easily confused, we knew we had to switch agents. We continued with the showing, however, and were incredibly impressed with a house that we thought was «the one.» Due to our bad experience with the agent though, we decided to switch agents and sought the advice of Ted D. Ray Melnyk is a terrific agent!!! He helped us buy our house and was so patient with us and worked with us to find a house we loved! It was 5 years ago, but we still keep in touch.
