I have recently brought in my clubglove golf club bag. It is a sturdy bag so that my equipment would be protected while traveling. The bag is fantastic and made of really high quality material. Unfortunately, the bag must have gotten caught on the conveyor belt (at the airport) and was torn.
So it was really important for me to find someone who would be able to do a good job repairing the tear and matching the material the bag was made of. I was worried that it could not be repaired or would fall apart after another trip.
After a month of having and using the bag since the repair, it is still just as good as new. She did a great job with matching the material and patching both the inside and outside to increase its durability.
I am so thankful I brought my bag here. She does fantastic work and the turnaround was fast.

Highly Recommended! I have gone to this establishment in my neighborhood for years. They did change owners last year, but the former owner took plenty of time to train the new owner. She is very nice. In regard to the critic who did not like Ridgeway, I have a couple of comments. First, if her expensive clothing shrank, she should take that up with the manufacturer of the garment. You really do not get what you pay for these days and if your clothing shrank or got ruined when you followed the care instructions, that is because the fabric is really cheap. I worked in garment manufacturing for years and I see so many garment these days that I know would never look good after the first cleaning. Second, very few dry cleaners do all their dry cleaning on site these days. I do not think it makes much difference where it is done, the process is the same.

NOT RECOMMENDED.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service this place has to offer. I have been a customer for 7 years and ever since the new owners came along it’s gone down hill! She has completely ruined 2 pieces of clothing and takes no responsibility at all! She does absolutely nothing but put plastic bags over the clean clothes… She sends everything to another cleaning service to be cleaned and blames them for the mistakes and damage! Never returns phone calls and is terrible at running a business. She shrunk a cashmere sweater and shrunk a $ 300 dress of mine. I will never go back to this place! She won’t be in business for long!
