I have been going at this place since when it was open and i love it I definitely recommend to try this place they’re really friendly, I go there at list twice a week and they always give respect me and great service. High recommended

Yum!!! This place is a Gem! A place dedicated to Nutella, really? What a dream for Nutella Lovers And the customer service is just as good, everyone is so friendly here! If I could eat and drink everything here in one visit I would, but I must say my Favorite is the Nutella Hot Chocolate.

Arrival: The staff is very friendly and attentive.
When I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and the cashier made sure to remember my name during my stay.
Size: The place is tiny, but warm and cozy. I wouldn’t recommend coming here when it is crowded because it becomes unpleasant and noisy. I would recommend only bringing one or two friends with you at a time.
Pros: Their nutella hot chocolate is delicious. You can actually eat the remaining Nutella from your drink once you are done drinking it. This just shows that they don’t skimp on the Nutella. I recommend their crepes especially the one with strawberries and bananas! It is satisfying and the presentation was spot on.
Cons: I wish they had more cashiers and a bigger sitting area. The small space really affects this place’s overall atmosphere and dining experience.

If you like Nutella, this is your heaven… Awesome sweets and great drinks!

Very small place but cozy at the same time. They make your crêpe fresh and in front of you!
I got the sweet tooth and it tastes good, not too sweet, just the right amount.

Great spot for gluten free crepes. They have Nutella whipped cream which is delicious as well. My wife and I went to a GF crêpe place in our old neighborhood and it was good but these crepes are better. Can’t tell they are GF.

Unfortunately, I really can’t imagine this place staying in business for too long. Went once and had a Nutella croissant. I thought I’d be getting a house baked croissant or at the very least something nicely put together with tons of Nutella, since I paid like $ 6-​$ 7 for it! What I got was a croissant out of a box that was toasted and then DRIZZLED with Nutella. My daughter enjoyed it, but I couldn’t help but think about how much I paid for it! LOL! I could have bought my own jar of Nutella, gotten a box of delicious croissants at costco, and for just a few bucks more than what I paid, had Nutella croissants for days! The guy behind the counter was really nice though so I gave an extra star for pleasant staff.

Overrated. The staff was nice and all, but the food was mediocre. My «muffin» was a dry cupcake with n9 flavor. I should have just bought a jar of Nutella from the store. Cheaper and more satisfying.

When I first found out about this place, I was very excited! I came here after they’ve been opened for a week and literally walked by the place because of the small store front without any signage. It was like heaven because I saw jars upon jars of Nutella by their counter and those extra large containers of Nutella by the door. Yup, I couldn’t resist and had to take a picture with the humongous Nutella!
I had ordered the Japanese crêpe, which is sweeter than a regular crêpe with strawberries, nutella and nutella whipped cream. However, due to their new staff, they mistakenly given me an original crêpe and regular whipped cream. They were aware of their mistake and offered me the original crêpe on the house and remade me one with Japanese crêpe. They both tasted good and I really like the Japanese crêpe with Nutella whipped cream. I find that the crêpe can really add up and becomes pricey because one crêpe cost me almost $ 10, which is a bit steep.
This place is pretty small with counter seats against the wall. The staff were really friendly and the crepes were decent. However, I found this place to have a very pop-​up feel, like those pop-​up vendors you see at Union Square Market during the holidays.

The workers here were very friendly and accommodating. My friends and I had a hard time selecting what we wanted but ended up getting Nutella crepes with strawberries and bananas. I also tried the Nutella hot chocolate which was AMAZING. I’m definitely stopping by again in the near future!

Nutella hot chocolate is awesome! I had the banana Nutella crep, which was very good! My crep was full of Nutella. Employees are welcoming and sweet!

Incompetent awkward staff fumbling to put Nutella on a waffle and forgetting to put my order in and making the excuse they’re busy?! If you can’t handle 3 customers with 4 people behind the counter you don’t deserve to stay in business

Delicious crepes and wonderful service! Both the gentleman who took our order and the young man at the crêpe station were extremely charming. The crepes were deliciously light and made to order. Definitely coming again!

Finally my prayers have been answered ! My husband and I shared a Nutella filled croissant and a crêpe with berries. I wish I didn’t have to share it with him though haha Delicious!

Sunday was their second official day in business. I plan to come back when they get in to the flow of things, and also, when they learn how to make a crêpe. I ordered a Nutella and strawberry crêpe. Service is polite and generally nice, but not the sincere hospitality you would get from say a mom and pop shop. It’s another chain that came with Barclay Stadium, another mass-​produced smile.
The crêpe itself was overcooked. The dough was tough, almost rubbery. There was not enough Nutella inside; that may have been the other reason it was do dry.
I would save this place for friends and family coming from out of town to visit you in the big city. It’s not the best crêpe, but you’ll most likely be in this area at some point when showing them around. They can take pictures with the Mona Lisa holding a jar if Nutella. When you’re done Instagramming, cross the street to the Chocolate Room for some fondue.
