Slowest service and Parker. Horrible drive through to deal with. The only person worth dealing with in this branch is Courtney Ali. I drive an extra 10 to 12 miles to avoid doing banking at this branch. They really need to shut it down.

South Hill, VA
Super friendly service! Fast too! Never had a problem! The staff addresses you by name and remembers anything that happened the last time you were in. I get the same lady each time and really liked the personal service. Only had to wait once and it was only for two minutes. Again I’ve never had a problem and I’m here at least twice a week.

Grossly understaffed each time I’ve gone. One person working, another watching. No drive thru. I’ll be switching banks. This is NOT a reliable bank.
