The owner of this store, John Choi, doesn’t know THINGONE about how to treat his employees! My Daughter worked there, he took forever to pay her 1st check, he paid her LESS than agreed upon. Finally, she’d had enough, and she gave 2 weeks notice. Bottom line is, this guy copped an attitude ans after her few days after giving notice ended, he told THEENTIRESTAFF she was«not welcome in his store»! He NEVER told my Daughter. I called corporate and they forwarded my complaint on to him, and he called me. After giving HIS side(some of which MAY have had some merit, but they were MINOR and he never warned her about any of it) I asked him, «OK, after all this, why did you NEVER tell my Daughter her employment was at an end?». His response was(and I quote) «That was not my focus, I’m very busy man». Now, I reminded him he’d just spent FIVE minutes giving his explanation, yet didn’t have time for THIRTYSECONDS telling my Daughter she was essentially«fired»? His entire argument blew up on that idiotic point, and he fully admitted he never told her. I’ll not step foot in his business until another owner takes it from him. If you have teenagers who work, you may think about this and ask if you want someone like this in our community! UPDATE: This creep just sent my 17 year old Daughter an text message saying«Thanks for the complaints to your Parents»! He’s not a business owner, he’s a Juvenile Delinquent…

I really love the selection here. The variety of flavors is great and I can always get something different. Every time we stop in there are 2 high school aged girls working. When they are engaged they are friendly and pleasant, but no matter what combo of girls are working, they always appear preoccupied with their phones or personal chatter. I’m all about having fun at work but it would be nice if they were a little more welcoming.

Customer service is lacking big time. Went in at 9:45 to get myself and five others ice cream on Thursday night. The two young ladies working were very irritated to say the least. They actually refused to serve us the cones with sprinkles and chocolate on them because they were already Saran wrapped. Not kidding. She truly said to us that she would not take the Saran Wrap off and serve us those because they close in fifteen minutes… so we could have plain cones or a cup! Do u close at 9:30 or 10 because if you close at 10 you should want revenue until 10? Training is needed and six customers are never returning due to being made to feel like we were inconveniencing them by coming in while their open!!! Thank goodness there are other locations to drive to. We Feel bad for this owner because they are losing revenue.

The girls were wonderful! I ordered four hand packed quarts and they were SOGRACIOUS! It was hard work but they made identical twin grandmothers very happy on their birthday. Thank you ladies!

Love this place. They are always so nice. And today because of National Ice Cream day, we got a Free Sundae with the purchase of another. BONUS! :D

Their ice cream is always a hit with my family of 5 but the customer service can use some improvement. Sometimes gossiping it up with each other is more important than helping a mom with her 3 rambunctious boys get their ice cream.

I love baskin Robbins ice cream but the«customer service» here is AWFUL. I stopped by to grab two quarts of my dad’s favorite flavors for father’s day, but one of the flavors was not pre-packed in the fridge. I then waited at the counter(while the cashier completely ignored me) until finally she gave me some acknowledgement… I asked if I could get a flavor that was not in the fridge packed in a quart to take home. She straight up lied to my face and told me no, what they have in the fridge is all that is available. I know for a fact from previous experience that they CAN hand pack quarts, I’m just guessing that was too much trouble for her… I only gave this place one star because I had to. If I could give them less I would. This location has definitely lost my business. It is worth it to drive farther to go to a different location where the employees actually have customer service skills… and better yet, don’t LIE to their customers!

This place has gone way down hill. There was a girl who was treating the other employees terrible right in front of all the customers. I am assuming she was some type of manager. When a customer Made a comment about how hard they were all working she replied about how little they got paid. She was litterly yelling at customers. With places like orange leaf I can’tIimagine why people even come here!

Baskin Robbins is CLASSIC! Done with fancy schmancy places like fro yo or cold stone– this place has the best ice cream.(Cookie dough) and its been around forever. My general treat is a scoop of cookies and cream and cookie dough in a waffle cone. Simple, not a fad and will never go out of style.

I love Baskin Robbins. I’m made I paid over $ 12 for four ice cream cake bites but… I love Baskin Robbins. :D The cake bites(praline) were delicious, by the way.

Hello. it’s ice cream. it’s yummy… it’s in a great spot across from O’Brien Park. We like to go to one of the other Mainstreet restaurants… walk to Baskin Robbins, get a cone and stroll through the park. The service here is always very good.

Ice Cream and tons of choices. My eight year old and I. How could I go wrong. We always have a blast and love the ice cream. Beware though; they do get a few weird new ice cream flavors that you should sample before ordering a whole scoop.

During summer there is always a line, but I love Baskin Robbins, so it’s worth it. The kids and I love to go and sit on the grass outside with our cones. I hit it up in winter too…:-)

Chocolate Truffle Explosion. Drool. This place on the corner of Parker and Main draws in a steady crowd during the warm months. The teens behind the counter are always friendly and attentive. The ice cream is more simplistic than what you’d find at a Cold Stone or Marble Slab. don’t get me wrong, the flavor are great and inventive, but you don’t have to do the brain work and create it yourself.
