Great customer service. I was very confused and uninformed about an airsoft gun for my son the staff was very helpful. They have good deals as well.

I have a purchased a couple items from here over the last few years. The prices were attractive, the quality has been pretty good, and they have held up well (especially the shoes). I have had good (if not spectacular) service from the clerks. The store does seem a bit disorganized at times (especially among the clearance items).

I’ve been into this location three times now to look for something and every time they have not had what I was looking for. This store is pretty limited on merchandise, despite its deceiving size from the side of the road. The one thing I’ve always loved about Big 5 is their great deals, but I’m still waiting on them to have what I’m looking for to take advantage of it!
