Brought my computer to sell. Owner stated first, that he could expect 900 to 1,000, then after a week or so, it went down to 7 or 800. Then he called me with an offer from a woman, that was $ 550, as she stated she could get it at Mac Outlet for $ 550 so with his cost of warranting the computer and wiping it clean would be $ 440 to me. This mean he would charge me $ 110. I got the computer back, went to Mac Outlet who charges $ 39,99 to wipe and warrantee, and paid me $ 550 stating that they would sell it for $ 800+ that they would never sell a computer like mine for less than $ 800. You can draw your own conclusions from this bait and switch.

I was referred to Daktronix, an independent computer service business, when my laptop was having «performance issues.» They were prompt and attentive, and my laptop is now behaving well.
I hope my laptop continues to perform well, but if it behaves badly again, I’ll know just where to go: Daktronix.

Has saved/​rescued my computer from viruses and crashes over the years. Has sped up boot time and general execution with tune-​ups. Does it all in a timely manor.
