I had Dr. Shane Christensen and he was absolutely fabulous. His assistant’s name who I unfortunately can’t remember (started with an S) was also really great. I have never been so comfortable in a dental chair, hell we were even laughing! They were funny, charismatic, informative, and quick. I hope to never return as no one hopes for a root canal, however should I need to this would be my number one go to. The office was also spotless, and super nice, and clean. The front desk lady LaShanda (I believe) was also really great!

Dr Christensen is wonderful! He took time to explain everything and his assistant was very nice. He did a great job, was thorough and informative! I would go back, but you know, hopefully I won’t need to! ;) dr. Christensen called the day after my procedure to check on me. I highly recommend these guys!

I had an abscess in a previously-​crowned tooth, which required a root canal. My regular dantist said this root canal would be too difficult for him to do, so he referred me to EOC instead. I was seen by Dr Holtzmann, and he greatly impressed me with his professionalism, positive attitude, and understanding of my fear of dental procedures (I’ve come from a country where dental work could get pretty painful at times). I was also amaized by the way Dr. Holtzmann’s dental assistant worked with him. There was not a second of delay or hezitation, as she got one instrument after another ready for him — looked almost like a show! In less than an hour, four canals in three roots were taken care of, while the crown remained intact. My experience with EOC was definitely a positive one, and I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Hotzmann in particular.

Was experiencing some intense tooth pain that was getting progressively worse. My regular dentist was out of town so found this practice through some friends. They saw me same day, alleviated my pain, and sent me home with a plan to get my infection under control. I saw Dr. Shane and he was amazing. I would highly recommend this office.

After three sleepless nights and three root canals I can say that this place really knows what they are doing. My husband hadn’t been to a dentist in ten years. So you can imagine our predicament when he finally did go to our normal dentist and was told that he had something like eighteen cavities, needed at least three root canals, and we still had to get his wisdom teeth taken out.
We burned through our dental insurance really quick just getting his cavities taken care of so he decided he was going to try and wait on the root canals until our benefits refresh. Well, needless to say we didn’t make it that long and after a week of dealing with a crabby husband (who is allergic to every antibiotic and pain killer with the exception of one) I was pretty much ready to kill him.
Fortunately our regular dentist recognized work that was beyond his comfort level and referred us to this place. I watched my husband get his root canals done by hand, because of course his teeth were so messed up they couldn’t use their normal tools. While I was there, I listened to the doctors here talking to patients that were difficult to deal with and really going out of their way to make them feel comfortable. They also stay late to help people who are in extreme pain.
The only negative to speak of is that they can’t do payment plans here like most dentists will. But if you need extreme dental done, I really think you should give this place a chance… it’s obvious that they truly care about their patients.
