Fox Airsoft

My son has discovered air soft and I know nothing about it. The staff here is knowledgeable and they don’t mind me asking questions which I appreciate. They seem to have a great time too. Amazing service and GREAT staff!!!

Fox Airsoft may be one of the very few airsoft supply stores in Denver, but it’s no doubt the best. The customer service is some of the best I’ve seen. They always have friendly conversation to share, willing to make a deal, and the owner Matt is willing to help to the end. I’ve bought multiple rifles from Fox, and any problems I’ve had they have no problem taking a look at up front. Every employee knows about each product in depth, and really knows what they’re talking about. They carry a variety of rifles and pistols, fro your standards to very unique pieces. Fox is great for those who have never even played airsoft to experienced players.

I just placed my first on-​line order from Fox Airsoft. While they don’t carry every airsoft item under the sun they have pretty much anything that you «need». I actually placed two (2) separate orders on Black Friday and the smaller of the two arrived today (Cyber Monday). Very impressive turnaround time considering it was FREE shipping. One small hiccup though: I received an incorrect battery. I emailed Matt at Fox Airsoft about the mix up in my order. Within ten (10) minutes I received a reply back with a return mailing label for the incorrect battery. Within the hour, I had confirmation of the correct battery having been put in the mail. While some of the «larger airsoft site» may be a dollar or two cheaper, you really cannot beat this kind of customer service. If you don’t want to feel like just another random customer… If you prefer to feel like you’re standing at the front of the line… If you wanted to be treated like a «valued customer» then shop at Fox Airsoft! What else can I say?

Customer service is excellent. They always have what I need or want. They were really helpful when I was first getting into airsoft and didn’t treat me like a new guy.

I have been playing airsoft here in Colorado for the past few years and it really helps to have a local shop who actually care about the airsoft scene and not just making money. Their staff tried really hard to get me into the gun that I was looking for despite all of the industry «backorders, sold outs, temp out of stocks and no longer availables» They are now even helping my airsoft team get started with an entry level sponsorship. I def recommend Fox to anyone and everyone in the Colorado airsoft scene looking for guns, gear or anything other tactical gear.
