Whereas this company is inexpensive compared with others, the old adage of «you get what you pay for» comes to mind. We’ve used them exclusively for our sprinklers/lawn care for the past 12 years, but noticed a sharp decline in customer service/standard of care last year.(They didn’t show up for blowing out our sprinklers and never followed up from my voicemail.) We thought to give them another shot this year and scheduled a lawn aeration. The office is great — very courteous, but the owner — Corey — who does some of the work got mad when I arrived home and asked him to pull forward so I could get in my own garage. He then left without a word. When I called him, he stated that he couldn’t complete the work because I didn’t leave a check.(First time in 12 years that this was expected.) Long story short — I ultimately stated that I would have been happy to have left a check if the office had told me the amount. Corey told me that«I should know the amount — $ 50 — because it’s been the same for years.» As we typically combine several lawn«things», I felt chastised for not knowing how he runs his business. He also commented«that most people are courteous enough to park on the street instead of asking him to move».(I had wet dogs and groceries in the car that I had to bring in through MY garage.) Please save yourself an unpleasant encounter and find another lawn care service. This company says they have 1,000 happy customers so they really don’t need any more business anyway.(Oops– make that 999 happy clients. I am OUT!)
