Our phone conversation covered the basics and decided that the bodywork would be focused on my right shoulder account of an old nagging injury…
I have found that any excellent CMT will communicate with a client throughout the session, and for me to do my part to convey back how the massage is going every step of the way. Tara has an amazing deep touch technique and very easy to communicate with. I left the session feeling great, noticed I was walking with an improved posture. Also felt an ease in stretching the day after the appointed session. I will definitely repeat with her as she is a most excellent therapist…
