Stopped by this location today for lunch on a crazy Black Friday shopping day. The staff was friendly and it wasn’t to busy in store. I have to get the gluten free frusilli which I love, and I get it as spaghetti with no cheese or meat. They got my meal right as well as my mom and grandmas. The service was quick as well and the staff was very good about checking that everything was good. As soon as we finished someone came by to talk our dishes. Would return to this location it has proven to be a good one !

Steady reliable place to feed your kids! When you are all«chicken nuggeted out» this place will save you! Stuff kids love and BONUS: adults like it too. Quick service for take out, which is huge. Also, I must mention the snicker doodles and rice crispy treats. Dude, they do not mess around with the portion size on these! Huge and delicious!

This restaurant has proved over and over that its employees are extremely incompetent. Don’t order to-go, because odds are you will have to correct something about your order. I ordered two chicken breasts on my penne rosa, got home and didn’t have a single piece of chicken. This is not the first time it’s happened either!

First time order for a meeting lunch. Disgusting potstickers that had to had to have been prepared on griddle. Flat, couldn’t have been more than ¼″ thick, chicken? No chicken

Really boring and uninspired. Would have been a three star, but it is not cheap enough a meal to be fast food. Expect $ 14 /person. Too much for boxed noodles(regardless of their prep method, the flavor is about the same as a box.)

I wouldn’t consider this to be Chinese but it certainly is delish. This is a frequent family choice for a fast but quality meal. Service is very friendly and exceptional considering the young staff. Food is always high quality and served hot.

Why oh why do you always forget something I pay extra for? I order butter noodles and pay extra for mushrooms and Parmesan chicken you forget 1 of the 2… My son asked for shrimp and gets 2 tiny shrimp? I refuse to sit there with 3 screaming kids and go through my familys to-go order bag opening everything checking for accuracy so I will not go back!

I used to love Noodles when we ate there in Illinois. Like most things since our move to Colorado, I expected things to be improved here(not that the IL Noodles needed improvement!). Nope. We ate there recently one evening and I was shocked when I walked in. It looks nothing like any other Noodles where I have eaten! It’s a very boring environment. I had to repeat our order twice to the cashier and then she still got it wrong and so my husband tried to tell her and she was still confused. She was not a non-English speaker, either. The dining room was about one-third full but every single table was dirty. The tiled and carpeted floors were filthy with fresh trash, food bits, and stains. While we were getting our drinks, a team member served our autistic daughter(who is non-verbal) some mac and cheese even though our number clearly did not match. She removed it back from the table when we arrived and went to find the correct owner. I had Pad Thai that was like someone fried an egg, tossed a package of 20-cent ramen noodles on it, and threw a bit of uncooked carrot on it. It was not good at all. I was glad I added spinach to it just for more flavor, but it cost an additional $ 1 which was outrageous! My side salad was lame, too. My husband had a BBQ Pork sandwich that looked nothing like the photo. Even though we dined in, it was wrapped in paper which smashed it all down. The sandwich was tiny and was true to one thing — the description of barbeque«drizzle». You couldn’t even see any BBQ sauce on it. There were a few strands of cabbage that was supposed to be the«colorful coleslaw». His side was awful, too. I am shocked and embarrassed that this is location is in Noodles & Company’s corporate«backyard». There needs to be some serious management and menu changes. They were not busy enough to justify the dirtiness of the dining room and the staff are below average. They could have at least run a cloth over the tables and picked up the large pieces of trash on the floor on their way back to the kitchen with each delivery of food. Nope. They stood around holding up the walls instead. We will never return again. It’s all Tokyo Joe’s(also a Denver corporation) for us now when we want a similar experience.

I refuse to eat at this location. One trip I found a hair in my meal, AND when breaking off a chunk of a Rice Krispie treat. Also ate with my mother one time and she found a hair… Made the mistake of giving them another chance since I do typically have no problem with other locations. The last straw was getting my plastic ware wrapped in a napkin with a streak of blood on it…

Every time we come here, there is a problem. Either we don’t receive what we ordered, or there are rude, inconsiderate employees. This last time, the employees go smoke out the back door, but they don’t realize that smoke travels back into the dining area. Thanks for that smell. Third strike Noodles, you are out.

Clearly this location is not run, or cared for, by the absentee manager or franchise owner.(I don’t know if this one is franchised or owned by corporate.) I considered talking to the manager regarding the dirtiness, yet I’ve never seen one. I have not bothered discussing it with the kids working there. They are always very pleasant, but on their own. Maybe the manager just looks really young and I should have just asked to talk to the person in charge… It’s filthy. I’ve been in this restaurant four-five times over the past two years at varying times, so I don’t believe it is because I’ve walked in just after they had a run of hungry diners. The one trash receptacle that I’m aware of is usually overflowing, directly in front of the utensils. Yuck. The tables are dirty with food, sometimes not yet bussed. The seats have had food on them; look before you sit! The floor is a catch-all food tray. I do sympathize with the kids working there when families allow their little ones to smear, toss & drop food all over the table, high chair and floor.(Why do parents find it acceptable to walk away from that? But that’s another topic.) The trash receptacle in the ladies’ restroom is usually overflowing, tissue paper and tracked-in food on floor. Compared with other Noodles & Co restaurants I’ve been to, it is clear it is a problem with this location.(For example, the one on Colfax near York St is immaculate!) I gave this restaurant one star only because I had to give at least one. :P Not going back; very unappetizing.

I will never go here again. The staff was rude, they didn’t bus any if the tables although there was nowhere to sit, and they refused to do a side if spaghetti for my one year, although they have done it numerous times in the past. Plus, the food is not that good. I will NEVER go back

Awful! The pad tai was disgusting and smelled terrible! The Japanese pan noodles had a rubbery texture and the sauce had a weird taste. This is the second time we’ve eaten here. The first was just as bad but thought we’d give it another try. Never going back! For a restaurant that only serves noodle dishes they do a pretty cruddy job with noodles!

I ordered the buttered noodles with parmasean crusted chicken to go. As I got home and started enjoying my meal, I realized there was a hair in my food! Definitely not from me either. Cooks should be wearing hair nets if that is what happens. Also, I am not sure why Noodles and Company is under the Chinese category. It is definitely very American. All in all, hair in the food is totally unacceptable.

I love this chain and wish we had one in Western NY. I had the Indonesian Peanut Sauté, a new menu item since the last time I ate here. It was tasty but SPICY!!! VERYVERYVERYSPICY!

Ambiance-3(10%) Clean urban look with exposed beams and ducts on the ceiling. Cleanliness– 4(20%) Tables, floors, and restrooms in good shape. Service– 2(25%) Self service restaurant. The only service function they provide is taking your order and bringing the order to the table when it is ready. Food– 3(35%) Most dishes are pasta based and they offer a few sandwiches as well. All the food was fresh and tasty. Nothing very creative or unusual but well executed. Value– 3(10%) Portion size was about right. Not many leftovers. Price may be a touch high for self service but the food was good.

This is my go-to«fast food» place near home. I love that I can see their menu’s nutritional info on my phone or computer to make sure I’m not eating a days’ worth of calories without realizing it. The service here is always friendly and quick. I just wish they’d have a frequent buyer card! With a family of 5, that would go a long way for me here.

My favorite things about the Pad Thai at Noodles and Co are that it’s not as ‘fishy’ tasting and heavy as what you would get at the typical sit down Asian place. That said, I’ve tried it at several different locations and at this one in particular it wasn’t as great as it usually is. It didn’t seem very ‘fresh’. Anyways, everything else here is pretty much on par with your typical Noodles and Co. They do everything they make ‘well’ but nothing really exceptionally. I always add shrimp to my dish. The big reason to come here is something you’ll hear about in the advertisements, the variety. Everyone can have what sounds good and be happy with their food.
