They appeared busy, so there’s an excuse, but it shouldn’t mean I accept a poorly made pizza. The kid was rushing everyone’s order and he just threw the ingredients and toppings on the pizza and wrapped it so poorly, it had to put it on my hood and re-wrap it so the cheese would stop falling out. Once I got home I had to redo everything he did because the pepperoni was under the pizza and in disarray on the pizza. The taste was solid, but not worth the hassle or mess.

Thank you for taking orders online for Easter Sunday. It was a wonderful surprise that while we had a confirmed order and pickup time that the store was closed. Even better, the wonderful «manager» could be less concerned of any inconvenience this would cause. Again pathetic. So much for this location it’s a good thing the castle rock one isn’t too far. Hopefully the large number of others who got this great surprise will share their wonderful experience and lack of concern with employing worthless customer service practices.

Called my order in today, hoping that I could just go in pay and pick it up instead of walking in and waiting. Should have just walked in.
Went to picked up my called in order, only to be told that my ticket had fallen on the ground and they were going to make my pizza right away. There were at least 3 people in the back room, and two people in the front. One of which was making his girlfriend a vegetarian pizza. As I waited for 3 other people to pick up there order they finally called my name, which it looked like my pizza was made and waiting.
If there is a next time, I’m going to pick it up as phoning it in was a waste of my time. Oh, I did get a measly «sorry for your wait». Who hoo. To

I am very pleased with the great employees of this papa Murphy’s I visit often and Luke never fails to help me out! Would definitely recommend especially because of his excellent customer service and skills of making an amazing pizza! Thanks Luke, we will be back again!

The two things to know about this place is that the pizza is great and the staff isn’t always motivated. I’ve had really great experiences with the staff and have also experienced the «inappropriate conversations around customers» that others have mentioned. I would argue that only about 25% of the time or less is anything to be bothered by. The pizza itself is great and is nutritionally better than any delivery pizza that you can think of. $ 10 Tuesdays are a great deal as well and they offer a loyalty card that gets you a free pizza after 10 purchases.

I love this pizza. by the way awesome deals. 10 dollar pizzas for the Bronco game 5 toppings and under and all the desserts were buy one get one free and they were $ 5 awesome deal thanks Papa Murphy’s

This is the worst run, filthiest Papa Murphy’s restaurant out of the many I have experienced. Five times I have tried this location and five times my experience has been dismal. Choose one: order not ready after an hour’s wait, order wrong, bait and switch with pricing even when verified at the time of ordering. Awful experiences… I won’t give them amother try.
My true rating is zero stars.

Not much to say here. Decent take ‘n’ bake pizza.
My only issues are with the staff. Oftentimes, the staff are more involved in their own conversations (some of which may be inappropriate to have around customers) than actually working. Also, the wrapping on my pizzas is pretty bad, as they try and rush the process to get people in and out quickly.
I’ll go back because of the product and the convenience, but I’d like the staff to be a bit more aware of their surroundings and act in a more professional manner.

I love their pizza. Reasonable prices. Excellent ingredients. Fast service. We always come back for customized pizzas for the entire family who choose something different. Cookie dough they sell is awesome. Valentine’s pizza is fun for the kids. Affordable for the family night in. Highly recommend.

They do not have a separate line for people who order in advance. I asked the guy at the counter and was told they only had 1 line. Why order in advance then?

Tuesday nights are $ 10 for any pizza. What a deal. I love the deLITE crust as a way to indulge my pizza cravings without eating tons of dough. I’ve had to modify their cooking suggestions slightly for my house because their directions burn the bottom of the crust. I cook it at 400 for like 15 minutes instead of 425 for 12 minutes.

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza. Out of all of them they are the best tasting, best ingredients and healthiest pizza. Whenever I go here I never have a problem and their fast. Plus their not super expensive. I love getting the $ 7.00 holiday pizzas like on Halloween pizza and Valentines pizza.
I always come here get a pizza and beer from the liquor store across the street makes for a great Friday.

For the most part, a good team. Love their pizza. Have only had a few problems with ordering in the dozen times I’ve visited, mostly when I have to deal with the older gentlemen that works here. Short wait. Lots of DeLite options!
