I can’t even begin to express how much Parker Trailers deserves a 5 Star Rating!!! Chris you are amazing and saved our family vacation. We are those customers you dread who just call and stop in unannounced with some random problem and say«help»! Not only did you stop everything you guys were doing to come out, figure out the problem, fixed it, had us on the road in 20 minutes, Parker Trailers would not even take our money. Parker Trailers you sirs are THE example for which every local business should aspire! You have our gratitude and business for LIFE !

There aren’t many businesses out there that deserve one five star review, let alone two. After weeks of struggling with my trailer lights, I took it back to Parker Trailers, they were determined to find the problem. It took a while, and a few trips there, but they did! They were even kind enough to weld new metal brackets onto the trailer so the lights would be more visible. Ed, Chris and Thomas(nicest guy ever btw) thank you! You were all so kind and patient with me! You represent true customer service. Danzig’s Roost and I are so grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

Took my horse trailer here and requested a tune-up and that bearing be re-packed. Found out from another trailer place that this type of work is never required on my type of trailer. Will never go back.

OK, time for an update. I am willing to give these guys more stars because the office manager, Joanna, and the owner, Tom, REALLY went to bat for me in this scenario. Nothing can be done to fix what happened. What’s done is done. But both of these individuals have worked hard with me to make the present + future right. Joanna worked with me on a payment plan for the balance owed, and promptly called my local DMV to have a new temp tag issued. She has done everything she said she would, has been very communicative and helpful, and above all flexible with the payment plan. That kind of thing helps when you are a working-class grassroots racecar driver without a ton of money in the bank. Tom called me after finding out, through my reviews, about my negative experience. I have never heard a business owner so surprised and mortified that this was going on. Parker Trailers has two locations, one in Parker and one in Fountain, and I get the impression he is present more at the Fountain location and was just wholly unaware of what was going on. Since finding out he is working very hard to make it right with me and ensure that his staff works toward creating a better buying experience. In the meantime Tom worked with me to smooth over the current situation and was very understanding of where I was coming from in my experience and opinion. That doesn’t happen every day. I can this now this place DOES care about what happens, and I highly doubt the type of situation I went through will be repeated.
