Finally got a partial refund for unfinished work and the check bounced. Thanks for nothing, Parker Window Screens. Stay far, far away from this company.

Mike came to my home in March 2015 and gave me an estimate for two window replacements. He certainly has the gift of gab and all the sale terms down to make his business appear to be better than all of his competitors. I agreed to his prices and gave him a deposit for the windows. He assured me that the windows would be ready in three to four weeks and installed shortly after they arrived. After a myriad of phone calls went unanswered his installer Chris finally came to the house and installed one window. This actually took them four months from the time I gave them a deposit. I inspected the window and found the frame was damaged on the inside and paint on the outside is now chipped due to the poor installation and quality of workmanship. I sent them a picture and asked to have it corrected. It never was. It has now been over six months since I gave Mike the deposit for two windows. The damaged window was never fixed so I asked for the remainder of my deposit. Mike came by while we were at work and slipped a check under our outside mat. He even had the nerve to charge us more than estimated for the one installed window so the refund was less than we were due. We are now out the money, stuck with an inferior, overpriced window and need to paint some of the exterior of the house. Really disappointed by the whole experience.

I had hail damage and had to get several screens and a double window replaced. One stop shop made sense to me and the quality of work and value was excellent.

I had a great experience with Parker Window Screens. I was preparing to sell a house and needed to get every screen in the house replaced as half of them were shredded or had holes and the owner was able to pick up all the screens and get them replaced in just a few days. There were a number of screens that were bent prior to his arrival and he was able to either replace or fix the bent screens. He really went above and beyond to get the job done right.
