Phenix Salon Suites

The salon offers a variety of services. The beautician, barber, facialist, etc. rents space from Phenix to offer his/​her own services. We currently use Studio 101, have been for about two years. Suzanne is great and scheduling with her is very easy. The place is kept clean

Gina Brankin of High Maintence Nails in Phenix Salon Suites is honestly the most cold hearted person I have ever met. I bought a manicure/​pedicure from her. I found out my cousin died and was 5 min late to our appointment. She told me she had to leave early and if I minded rebooking (the pedi I already paid for). I gave her a $ 15 tip since I felt bad for showing up late. I show up for the rebooked pedicure & she wasn’t there. I called to let her know I was there and she says direct quote «I’m not coming. Eat the pedicure. You shouldn’t have been late to the first appointment» I stayed calm and nice and explain what had happened to refresh her memory that my cousin had died and that is why I was late and that she told me to rebook. I was taken and in tears by how mean she was being so I nicely ended the conversation and decided it wasn’t worth it. She then for no reason texts me back «loser». I seriously dont even know what to say… I’m completely shocked! I’ve never met anyone so heartless. How very unprofessional.
