Excellent phở! Will definitely be back whenever I am in the area for lunch. I thought the service was fine. Then again I don’t feel the need for servers to kiss my butt to feel like my patronage is appreciated… but that’s just me.

Food tasted good, just don’t look at the filthy floors!!! Cheese wontons we’re good. Quality of steak chicken and shrimp we’re good. Customer service was minimal, don’t know how much English they spoke. Asked for lemons for ice tea, got limes. Asked for soy sauce and got hoisin. One thing I do know for sure and that is they don’t know how to use a broom or vacuum. Won’t be returning.

I think this place is great overall. Have only been to the restaurant twice on Saturdays & the waiters are friendly & smiling to me. I like their vegetarian egg rolls & their phở is always fresh & tasty! A lot better than the phở 777 in Castle Rock. I also like the fact that the kitchen is open(:

I love their food but this was the last straw. There waiter staff is the absolute worst in the business. They’re not friendly, never smile, bad attitudes with no greeting. You can really feel the negotiate energy in the place. Again, I love their Phở and Rolls but I can’t stand to eat in their restaurant. I’m going to Castle Rock now. I’m simply done with their BS attitudes.

The Broth was tasty. They need to add Oxtail to the menu. That being said, yes the service was slow but still delicious!

Love Phở on a cold day, the Brisket Phở is very good. I read the other reviews and have not had the bad service problem, I work in the area and have only gone at lunch. The only thing I would improve on is the amount of bean sprouts given for more than one person, seems like they only give enough for 1 not 2 people who like bean sprouts. Also a little more jalapeño would be good too! Other than that the broth is very flavorful and that is most important for Phở.

This was actually the first Phở I tried and to be honest it has ruined me for other places. I’m a huge fan of the Phở with rare steak. It’s amazing. I even get the broth by itself when I’m sick. I also love special combo #2. Wonderful limeade. Wonderful staff and welcoming customer service. Big fan!

I almost didn’t come because of some pretty rough reviews, but decided to judge for myself. I’m so glad I did. I had the Combination Phở on a cold and snowy night Saturday night… The phở was great, comparable to Phở Duy on Federal who I believe to be the best phở in Denver. The broth was flavorful without being over MSG’d(too much MSG makes your mouth feel numb afterwards), and the meat portions were generous. The restaurant doesn’t have the typical«feel» of a phở restaurant, but atmosphere is trumped my yummy phở every time. I live down south in Parker, CO and I’m glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Denver for some good phở.

Meal was ok quality. The staff was less interested in attending to our order and more interested in watching tv. He didn’t get our rider correct and we had to go pay up front with host because we couldn’t get our check.

Good, solid Phở. The food is great too, but the service is often lacking. Usually there are two somewhat unhappy servers for the whole restaurant. If you ask for a refill, you’re not likely to get a smile. This isn’t always the case, but it’s sadly the norm. I still give it four stars because you don’t need great service for phở. The phở is pretty good here. Yummy Phở Noodle House is probably a bit better. It’s not quite as good as some of the places on South Federal, but it’s good for parker.

My favorite is the sesame tofu with noodles! Delish and fresh to order. You won’t feel bad eating a lot here cause of the healthy selection they have! All healthy actually. Great staff and location!

I’m sure this place is a decent option for meat eaters but the vegetarian option here is not good. The broth is bland and the vegetables are very rubbery and unappetizing

Phở tastes great, this was the best Phở restaurant in Parker until I found two mosquitos in my soup today. Not coming back.

I only tried their phở, but it was the worst phở I’ve ever had. I got the shrimp phở with regular beef broth and brought it back to my work. The broth was bright orange, which was a red flag(since it’s not supposed to be), and tasted like it came from a can. It was also missing all of the spice and goodness that should be in phở broth. Shortly after beginning to eat it, I was overwhelmed with thirst, and no matter how much water I drank, it wouldn’t go away. This means that there was an alarming amount of MSG in the broth, which most phở places don’t put in their phở. I threw away the rest of it and swore never to go back. Due to all of this, I would not recommend the phở here. It is an injustice to phở.

As usual the Phở was good, & I would give it 4 or 5 stars if it weren’t for the hair in my phở. That’s just unacceptable. Won’t be back here for a while if ever.

I love it when a place actually takes my request for spicy seriously! Standard strip mall phở place, but they have several Thai curries on the menu as well. I got the panang chicken curry and it was delicious(see pic). My BF got the combo phở and it was full of meat! Interior is classy and clean, open kitchen is fun to watch, tvs if you are into that sort of thing. Too bad they don’t serve booze. Will definitely be back!

Great beef broth, rice noodles are a little over cooked, peanut sauce for spring rolls isn’t the best and the service is a little worse than the typical service at an asian restaurant.

Waiter sneezed into his hands and then prepared drinks without washing hands. Main cook works with order printer then prepares food without washing hands or using gloves.

Ordered take out… spring rolls and peanut sauce were quite good. Combination bun was pretty good as well. Not spectacular but decent.
