Sonic Drive-In

Parked in one of the ordering stalls for car side service at about 8 PM today. Got a free show of all the mice running back-​and-​forth two and from their trashcan in the parking lot, at least 50 of them going back-​and-​forth. Pretty gross. Ruined it for me forever!

not so fan of Sonic Drive-​in, however this one captures my interest, i tried here once and since then i keep coming back again and again. ice cream shakes, drinks and other desserts are awesome here, they very delicious to the point of wanting it more and more.

I can’t stomach Sonic food. It’s just so greasy and County Fair — ish. Drinks and ice cream is pretty good.

Not the best Sonic I’ve been to but no complaints here. Big fan of their different style hot dogs and variety of slushes. The new slushes with Nerds are starting to grow on me. Love their cheese tots too! The staff there is always friendly! Only negative is their chicken tenders are quite hard and are a hit or miss on the regular.

Half price milkshakes after 8 pm? Yes! My sisters and kids enjoyed their shakes last night but it was a bit too sweet for them at the end. Sugar rush? Yes. Regrets? Nah. The person who took our order seemed a bit flustered but it was quite busy for a Wednesday night especially with a bunch of teens hanging around. The person who gave us our shakes was sweet and helpful especially when we told him that the table was quite sticky from what looked like syrup (possibly from the morning’s breakfast?), which he quickly came out to clean after he gave us our shakes.
The only con that makes us not want to visit often are handfuls of loud teenagers skateboarding and obnoxiously lounging all over while families try to peacefully eat. Maybe we’ll stop by again when it’s not summer vacation? I don’t think going anytime soon is worth almost having my kids ran over by teens that are trying to show off their cars or what little driving skills they possess when trying to walk towards the eating/​seating area.

This is the quintessential sonic drive-​through. A place of great drinks milkshakes and hamburgers. Be sure to come during the drink specials in the evening. Also you may want to try some of their drinks and add your own alcohol. I would recommend the cherry limeade.

We’ve been to Sonic many times, I honestly have to say… im not a huge fan. They have ok service, inconsistent food. They only 2 thing that I truly enjoy are their Tots and slushy.
I like the uniqueness of the ‚” car hop” style service. But not worth going out of my way for.
The Parker Sonic is located by a High School and is often a teenager hang out… not a family friendly place. So another strike against Sonic for our family of 6.

The food is average for a fast good place. They were not as fast for a fast food restaurant! Their fries were pretty good! They got some of my families orders wrong. They did have a large line of people in the drive through! They do get a lot of business! If you are impatient I do not recommend this to people who are impatient.

I was kind of up and down about sonic for awhile, but that was before I had the best service of my life from an employee named Andres, what ever you do sonic, you need to give this man a raise!

As I have mentioned before, I love the drinks at Sonic and think the food is mostly okay. I primarily come here during the 2pm to 4pm happy hour, when most of the drinks are ½ price. My drink of choice is a Route 44 diet limeade with easy ice and extra lime. The drink quality ranges from pretty darn good to excellent, when I order this. I don’t really care for the burgers or most of the menu here (dry buns, flavors that do not really come together, and prices that seem high on the nice items). I do like to get the tots and a hot dog on occasion. Also the $ 1 vanilla cone is a nice indulgence from time to time.

I only stop at Sonic for their ice cream shakes and they are soooo good. Lots of candy mixings and their half off after 8PM! Super good deal.

I stopped frequenting Sonic a while back because I didn’t like the taste of their meat in their burgers. I don’t know if they changed something or my taste buds changed. I stop by from time to time to get the Ultimate Meat Burrito for my son and I started to really like the Fiesta Burrito but I just could not get into their sandwiches until I tried a chicken toaster sandwich. Woohoo! I’m back with Sonic! So delicious.
The service is the same. Guy on speaker takes order, food comes out. :) Simple and it works.

This sonic is always efficient and delicious. Over this summers they have half off milkshakes after 8PM everyday! This will bring me in a lot.

Well I have tried to be honest about rating the places in Parker I’m starting to see they are all bad. From service to food. Same for this place just not good and I drive all over Colorado for my job and know them all Parker is the worst for food and service.

Chicken club toaster sandwich and tater tots! Not bad at all.
PRO: Plenty of juicy breaded chicken along with tomato and lettuce.
CON: The thick white bread was barely toasted. That kind of defeats the purpose of Texas toast.
PRO: The tater tots were hot, straight out of the fryer.
CON: Tots were barely salted. Sure, I can add salt, but they ought to be salted as soon as they come out of the fryer, while the oil is still hot on the spuds.
Pretty tasty grub, fast food wise! Diverse menu, just remember your food is most likely being prepared by teenagers who may not pay the most attention to detail.

Breakfast burritos. Love. Especially the Steak and Egg with Green Chile! Yum! This Sonic isn’t even chintzy about giving extra packets of salsa. You mean I can have 2 packets without begging — aaahhh, thanks man!
All in its fast food. I do it for the burritos and the popcorn chicken. They are usually fast and it works when I need speed!
Easy to get in and out since either direction you go out the main parking lot there are lights!

There is nothing better than getting a chicken club toaster, chili cheese tots and a huge cherry limeaid and then drinking an inch of it down and filling the rest up with vodka.
Sonic makes the best mixers.
Oh and I love that I can bring my pup and we can eat in the car. He likes the tots quite a bit.

If there’s one sure way to get on my crap list, it’s to leave something out of what I ordered. I used to go here all the time but the last few visits left me not desiring to make a trip back. The parking is always horrendous, because most people are idiots… but you can’t really blame that on the staff here. My biggest complaints are cold tater tots and cherry limeades with no cherry or no lime. I’ve been to other locations that I feel make much higher quality menu items. If I go back, it won’t be my idea…

I’m glad they have a value menu now.
But mostly we go for ½ price drinks between 2 and 4pm — every day!
I love the strawberry slush — real fruit. There’s an apple juice slush to start kids on. They have bananas and string cheese as options for sides.
