Stonegate Dental Care

My family and I have been seeing Doc Rentz for over two years now. I’ve never had a bad experience with him, or with the staff.
I have a job that takes me out of town frequently, and Michelle, the office mgr. is alway helpful in rescheduling due to this. The dental hygienists due a great job, and are friendly. Doc is professional, and has some of the latest equipment. He can even make crowns in office, one visit, no temp crowns!
Everyone in the office is friendly, and make you feel at home, which is a great calming effect at the dentists office. I’m glad we found Doc Rentz.

Was not happy at all.
I used to go there when the other dentist owned it and I loved it. But, my last visit was a mess.
I went there for a simple cleaning and they never bothered to tell me beforehand about the charges. When they sent me the statement, they had not even filed the claim with my dental insurance.
Also, for some reason the dentist seemed put out with the fact that I had not had any of my teeth fixed yet, my dental insurance does not pay for some procedures until the second year of coverage, and was rude.

Use caution when evaluating reviews for this provider. They use a software called Patientconnect365 which allows providers to filter their reviews. If they (subjectively) find your review to be off topic or have determined you are not a patient (because you left their practice due to poor service) they will remove your review. While I can’t comment on the dental work, I can comment on the business practices, which are deceitful.

Like most people, I’ve hated the dentist and would avoid as best as I could. Dr. Rentz and his caring staff have made the visits pleasant and I no longer fear the appointments! I make a really long trip from home and be sure that I always make an appointment when I’m in town in Colorado.
The office smells nice, feels warm, and they have a Keurig stocked with hot beverage options. Water bottles also provided. Easy to find and get to. The parking has never been a problem as there is a huge lot in this shopping center where the office is. I don’t have kids but the little kids corner would be convenient for patients with children. I’ve never had much of a wait and always get seen on time.
I will be returning and would definitely recommend!

I had called to make an appointment for a cleaning. The receptionist was very friendly on the phone and very helpful. Unfortunately for me they were booked almost three weeks out and I wouldn’t able to get in before I was leaving town but the lovely receptionist offered to put me on a cancellation list if anything came up. I unfortunately will not be able to get in this time around but wanted to say thank you for the wonderful costumer service.
