Thanks sudden link. Just lost another sale due to your service. That pretty much shuts my business down. I guess the big company doesn’t give a crap about us small guys. Turning in my router tomorrow. Refuse to pay money to a company that is so poorly run, and lies to its costumers!

Worst ever company to deal with. Tried to get cable installed at my river house. The nearest cable is 100′ away. Rather than have their tech come out and waste an appointment I tried to tell them at least 30 days in advance. I then called back 7x to make sure the cable would get installed prior to their tech coming out. Installation day was today. Their tech came out and said he couldn’t do the install because there was no cable. LOL
Don’t do business with this company. They are clueless
