I was REALLY craving a Gyro and had heard that this place had good food so my husband and I went there for lunch during the week. We arrived after the lunch rush, there were lots of tables that hadn’t been cleared or cleaned yet including all the one’s at the window so we were seated in one of the booths by the wall. We were not given a menu or anything else… There were only 1 or 2 other people in the restaurant, the folks right behind us were served their food. no menus, no water, no acknowledgement. a server came out to clear a few tables… We could hear the tinkling of water glasses. and though oh good. finally bringing us water and menus… no… she just poured herself a glass of water. so after 20 minutes… we got up and left… I’m willing to give a new family owned place a change but seriously? it wasn’t busy and she seated us… the place is small it’s not like they could have missed us sitting there… a BIG disappointment… went a few doors down to Lil Ricci’s and had a calzone instead.

I’ve only come to this location a few times. The one in Arvada was better(under the same owner). I think the owner’s attitude may have gotten in the way of keeping staff on. The food is always good, and claims to be halal, but I’m not sure I trust the idea of halal food at this restaurant. I would watch the lamb and beef. Sometimes you may order lamb and it’s really beef.

Yummy Gyro. Smooth and creamy hummus. Slow service. Another entertainment book experiment! I needed a place between a friend’s house and where i worked for a meet up for some yummy food. It is a quick 15 minute jaunt from the DTC via the toll rode.(yes you need a transponder, or deal with Lincoln). We arrived at the 11:30 hour and there was only 1 other party in the restaurant. We were welcomed by the hostess/waitress and showed to a booth by the window. I had my coupon and showed it ter her right off. She seemed a little put off that one would arrive at the establishment with a coupon. She had not idea idea what it was or what it was for. She took it with her before we were able to determine what we could order. We started with hummus — gotta get the nectar of the gods! It very tasty, very creamy. Not as good as others, but made my tummy happy! For my meal i went with the gyro plate lunch special — it arrived on a bed of rice and in chunks instead of the shaved peices i was used to. It was super yummy! My dining partner went with a falafel sandwhich. She really enjoyed it! The final bill went awry since we did not follow the rules of coupon, but they were kind enough to give us 20% off the final bill. The waitress was pleasant but extremely slow with there being only 2 parties. Can’t say i would go again nor recommend my Parker peeps to check it out, but if it was working near by i would probably get take out.

The service was really very poor. The first review warned us of this but I have to say even with lower expectations they fell far short. The hummus and pita were good but the entrees were just ok. We order the chicken shawarma and it was just ok. The kabobs were fairly good but overall I would not recommend this restaurant and I wouldn’t go again.

The website says its middle eastern, the restaurant says its Mediterranean, its actually all of the above. Decided to check this place out just because it was close and wanted to try something different. This place must have just opened because they still haven’t found their stride yet it seems however that will come with time. What doesn’t need any time is their delicious food! If you like Greek or middle eastern food and are in the area come check this place out its delicious. They also have yummy deserts and delicious fresh fruit drinks. I’ll be back again to try their gyros and save room for the desert. The portions are deceptive… trust me its plenty to eat. We ordered the appetizer sampler and chicken kafta kabob and had plenty left over for a full meal the next night.
