After visiting so many plastic surgeons for consultations, I cannot express how glad and happy that I came across Dr. Jason Pozner in Boca Raton! I had been in a terrible head-on collision where a drunk driver hit me face on while at a red light and so I had massive trauma to my breasts after airbag and seatbelt injuries. Therefore, I seeked out the best doctors for this type of serious reconstruction and trauma and Dr. Pozner is the best of the best! He is so kind and honest, and most importantly the most skilled plastic surgeon I have come across! Could not have asked for better results; in fact he FARSURPASSED my expectations. It is so rare today to find an extremely skilled doctor who is so such a perfectionist and passionate about their work and yet so nice, honest, and respectable! He took all the time he needed to fix my traumatized areas, even taking extra hours and keeping his staff late to make sure results were perfect. This doctor is a God-Send and I am so blessed that I got to be his patient and have him operate on me. The word, «WOW» is not even enough to describe Dr. Pozner! I would highly recommend to others! He also schedules so many post-operative appointments to ensure his accuracy and perfection of his results. I have never seen or met a Doctor who was this diligent in follow up after surgery! Most doctors operate and then rarely follow up with you after 1 – 2 post-ops but Dr. Pozner sees each of his patients 2 – 3 times per week for several weeks after surgery to make sure you got the results you wanted. He is the ABSOLUTEBEST! Wouldn’t ever go elsewhere!

I got a massage here since my mother in law can watch my son close by. The massage therapist was pretty good– she got rid of this huge knot in my upper back that was killing me.

Unfortunately, this business took over Essential Day Spa & Wellness Institute without changing the telephone number or taking down the original owners website. SO when a client calls the number and says she has a gift certificate she is misled to think she will be able to use it. NOT the case, my daughter called for an appointment twice and each time told them she had the gift certificate, and again when she went for the appointment. She waited more than 20 minutes for a massage, and when she was done, presented the certificate which would have covered the services, but was denied. The Sanctuary receptionist told her they had purchased the business 6 months age, but did not purchase the debt, so she was out of luck. She offered 15% discount, which meant nothing to my daughter who was a waitress and did not have $ 80 dollars floating free in her wallet. My daughter calls me, and I state my dismay, and then gave her my credit card number. She said many people came in with the gift certificates from Essentials and she had to tell them all no, all after the services were completed. Honestly, if this has happened before wouldn’t you warn people ahead of time rather than have them never come back? The receptionist calls me back and says she talked to corporate, and they would not give free services, or an additional discount, but would offer my daughter 20% off her next visit. Come on, with all the Groupons out there, why would she or anyone spend their hard earned money on an overpriced place that wasn’t even that good? I can’t even tell you if the massage was any good, since when she came out from this problem, she was more stressed than when she went in. I do not recommend the Sanctuary, because they handled the problem unsatisfactory.
