If you want unqualified technicians, setting their own hair on fire while welding and pulling vacuum on unit while welding, sucking solder into the coils completing ruining your unit thus voiding the warranty and then asking you to call homeowners insurance reporting a lighting strike that didn’t happen to get a new unit all the while taking over three weeks during hot weather the technician asked the company for window units until repairs could be made and their response was tell them to go get them their damn selfs. If you want references call the better business bureau, NC insurance commissioner and NC HVAC license board who are currently investigating these complaints. We had to get another company to get replacement for their damaged unit which still had 7 years warranty on it and cost us over $ 9000
