Got hair done at Cuts By The River this morning. Really need a trim. Shampoo/​conditioner, haircut, and afterwards style? $ 20. That’s it! Love my little town of Parkville and Judy, the salon owner. Inexpensive but she does better with my thick, unruly hair than anyone else I’ve tried. Highly recommend her and her adorable salon. And excellent parking as she has two spots reserved exclusively for her customers 20 feet from the salon. Soon her salon will be on Facebook with hours/​days schedule… everything!
