Similar to another reviewer, we received a menu and decided to give it a try. We ordered delivery on a Sunday afternoon and it took over 45 minutes to arrive. At the end of the day, that’s not a huge deal to me, but the food was terrible. I ordered a panini — the bread was soggy — not just a little damp from condensation in the container, but soggy. I have no idea how it could have even gotten that way. And the chicken on the sandwich was terrible — I couldn’t place my finger on what the issue with it was, but I pretty much didn’t eat any of it. And my boyfriend was extremely disappointed with his cheesesteak as well. We definitely won’t be ordering from them in the future.

Terrible service, long long wait times(even if you call it in). The manager sat and ate his dinner right in front of me while I was waiting for mine… very poor customer service sir! To top it off, they got the pizza order wrong and they were less than apologetic. The restaurant is very dirty and look unsanitary. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. They shouldn’t be in business.

We are working on trying new places by us and getting to experience other restaurants. Davino’s had dropped off a flyer at our house and so for our«order out» night, we decided to give them a try. What a disaster. After I placed my order, I was told it would take 30 – 40 minutes for delivery. Nearly 55 minutes later the order finally arrived.(Other delivery places who quote us 30 – 40 minutes usually arrive within 30 or less.) We sat down and opened the bag only to realize there was only one sub inside. So I called back and got an earful from the guy who answered the phone(also the guy who took my order) about how the driver is too damn stupid to look further into his bag to grab the second sub. Apparently my sub was made first and placed in the delivery bag to keep warm, then the second sub was made, and placed in its own bag, then placed in the delivery bag, but the driver was an idiot and didn’t bother to reach into the back of his delivery bag to get the second sub. I not only found his words to be totally unprofessional, but they were also extremely disrespectful towards the driver. Yes, I was upset that my sub wasn’t there, but I understand that mistakes happen and I never would have laid into the driver, especially not to the customer! He then told me he would have to wait until the driver returned, but when he did, he’d send him back out with my sub. I assumed this meant he had no cell phone and I’d have at least another hour before I’d be eating. I urged my husband to eat his, but he wouldn’t. About ten minutes later the guy called me back to tell me he had called the driver on his cell phone(what a concept!) and that the sub was in there and he had no idea where the driver was or where he was heading, but that he would be returning to us promptly. The driver did return fairly quickly and apologized. When we finally got to eat, both subs were cold and on top of that, they weren’t that great and we suspect they wouldn’t have been even if they were hot. However, at the end of the day, it was the ridiculous wait time and the rudeness of the guy on the phone towards the other employee that are responsible for the fact that I will no longer be calling this place for food. There is no reason to talk down to people, but certainly if you have something to say about an employee, say it to them in private, not to the customer. Order at your own risk.
