Sorry to say this was my last visit to this store. I have been stopping by almost weekly to pick up my favorite sub on my way to work. Always happy with the service and my meal. About a month or so ago they started telling me they cannot cut my sub into four pieces. I have always gotten it that way as I share it with others. Up until today I explain myself and they go ahead and cut it as I ask. Today they would not. The young man at the window was polite but emphatically explains to me he’s not allowed to and asks if it’s really that important to me. I tell him it is as several of us being things to eat and we all share. I then pull up to the window and ask him if he wants my business or not. He replies that he does but cannot cut any sandwich into fourths. And I leave. Corporate you have trained the young man well. He is so worried about getting in trouble that he is not empowered to make your customers happy. Epic fail

I tried to go here xmas eve about 15 min before they were supposed to close. The open sign was lit up & an employees car was in the lot. I drove through the drive thru & nothing, then pulled up to look in, all the lights were on but the employee had put all the food away before he was supposed to & obviously were hiding from customers. I went to the nearby Walgreens & as I drove by the Jimmy Johns, the employee had turned out the lights & was walking to his car. Such a foolish way to do business. A lot of customers were looking to eat here but had to go elsewhere. I understand working holidays isn’t the best, but if you are scheduled to work, you should. I doubt I’ll ever think of coming here again.
