Extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered here for the first time and decided to go with the Crispy Chicken Salad and a Sprite. Simple enough, right? Well, not for Olympia! They forgot the soda! Alright, everyone makes mistakes so that’s forgiven. I open my salad and there’s barely any chicken. FYI, the crispy chicken salad comes with four small chicken strips and a huge salad. It makes no sense. I talked to management to remedy the situation. However, they explained it would cost extra for «extra chicken.» I just wanted a normal size portion of chicken not four tiny chicken strips. This was both my first and last time!
PS-​The salad is really good if that’s all you’re looking for in a restaurant. But if you’d like normal portions and great customer service, try elsewhere!

This is my second time ordering. First time I ordered a gyro and Greek salad. It was amazing! This time I ordered spinach pie and Greek salad! Just as good! Actually, this is the best spinach pie I’ve ever had!

I only give 1 star because my first order was actually was warm and tasted good. My second order arrived 15 min later than the latest eta I was told, my French fries were actually cold. My cheese steak had barely any cheese on it, had hots on it which wasn’t in the description, and was pretty cold. I would suggest to add more detail into what is in the food on the grub hub app and a more timely delivery considering there is no point of ordering delivery if the food is cold. Pretty disappointed.

I hate to leave a bad review but I am trying to be as honest as possible. My husband and I used to get take out from here at least once a month during football seasons but the food is slowly getting worse. We usually get subs but the last time we got them they were well to be honest they were terrible. The subs are a little soggy and the quality of meat seems different and just the overall taste was off. We haven’t ordered from them since. We are still holding out hope the food quality will go back up.

Absolutely miserable service. Took nearly 2 hours to get our food, and it arrived ice cold. We called multiple times in the interim and were told it would be there «any minute». When we called to complain after the food arrived, the staff were very rude and refused to refund our money to our credit cards. I will never order from here again and neither will anyone in my office.

Food is average. Customer service is horrible. They messed up my delivery order twice. The first time I let it slide because I understand things happen. The second time I addressed the issue with the driver and he didn’t seem to care. I called the store and they were even less helpful. Will not be ordering from then again.

Over the past year, the service has gradually gotten worse here. Typically, we order wings from Olympia and 99.99% of the time they forget to include blue cheese/​ranch dressing (even after reminding them over the phone when I call to place my order for delivery). The response is always the same, we can bring you some but it may take awhile or we can offer you a credit on a future order. I’ve elected both options on different occasions and they failed to follow through. I’m done with this place. Customer service is awful and there are far too many better options in the area where I’d rather spend my time and money.

Hi – I ordered 3 times — each was terrific. I love pasta — awesome !!!
I think they use ½ lb of pasta per order — so good. A crisp salad & garlic bread.
My Mom got salmon 2 different times + seafood platter — so good.

The first time I ordered from this establishment they got the order wrong. I ordered buffalo wings with bleu cheese but received bbq wings and no dressing. In addition to the wrong wings a good majority of my order arrived at room temp and the side of fries was cold. I will not be ordering from Olympia again.

This place used to be really dirty inside, but they recently remodeled. Its still kinda weird on the inside, but we always get our food to go. I’ve only had the chicken cheese steak, mozzarella sticks, curly fries and its probably my favorite place to get a cheese steak when I have a hankering.

I had a chicken breast that was almost $ 7 and it was as dry as a bone. Couldn’t even finish it. Not sure if that was just a bad coincidence, since the other reviews were pretty good. If I had to base the quality of this place on my first and only experience, my suggestion would be to avoid Olympia IV like the plague. ICK!

Food is good. My fiancé’ loves their cheesesteaks and he’s pretty picky about his subs. Wings are good too. Order accuracy not so good. 1st time they forgot the french fries which were included with the meal, 2nd time I order hot wings with sauce on the side, and got naked wings and no sauce at all. So I got no-​so-​hot-​dry-​boring wings instead. Could be better
