If there were negatives here this place would have a negative number with me. So my horror story starts when I went to close my car loan out. I drove from PA in order to close my car loan and get the title for my car, I was told if I go into the bank I will be able to pick up my title I went on a Saturday to pay my car loan and long behold I was given the wrong info and could not get my car title since a manager was not there to sign my title. Well there was a manager on call but they couldn’t do anything and he was not going to come into the bank to sign my title or a senior rep would not sign my title. Now I had to come back to get my title, since my registration was expired I had to rent a car to pick up my title. Now I know what everyone is thinking why did I not do this sooner, my daughter at a few days old passed away a month prior and I did not leave my home for some time due to the grief. When I paid my loan off I had CPI insurance since I changed my insurance and they did not get a copy of the new policy. Two months after I paid the car off and after providing numerous reps via fax and person with the proof of insurance, I had to threaten with a lawyer to get my $ 800 back. Finally after threatening with a lawyer I was able to speak with the CPI company who was able to provide me with a refund the next day. Raritan Bay was the worst bank I have ever dealt with for a loan. I will never get a loan with them again and I will tell all of my friends and whom ever will listen to my horrible experience.
